Our response to COVID-19

At the Harborview Health Club, there is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our members. We are carefully following guidelines from the State of Massachusetts and we will continue to communicate updates to our procedures as the guidelines change.

We believe that making the club as safe as possible will require a coordinated effort from both members and staff. Below are all of the steps that we are taking to ensure your safety while visiting our facility.


CLUB ACCESS

  • We have implemented a strict policy regarding members and guests who are feeling ill. If you are or appear to be exhibiting symptoms, you may not enter the club and will be asked to leave.

  • We will be conducting all check-ins and transactions hands free. You may continue to use the Harborview Health Club mobile app to check-in when you arrive.

  • All those entering the club must wash or sanitize their hands before working out.

  • While exercising in the club, please continue to social distance while exercising.


CLEANING AND SANITATION

  • Our staff is cleaning all areas of the facility daily, with additional cleanings for high-touch surfaces.

  • All members and guests must wipe down machines before and after every use. We are consistently monitoring compliance.


TEMPORARY SUSPENSIONS

  • We encourage you to bring your own floor mat, towel, and water bottle. Other personal workout items such as jump ropes or resistance bands will also be permitted.

  • Shower and locker use are now permitted. Please bring your own towel.
