This has always been the path to overall wellness for me and I love to see this success in my clients and people around me. I have been a personal trainer and group instructor for four years. I am also one of the only shuffle instructors in Massachusetts, a dance style that is currently taking over the dance scene around the world! I have helped people build a healthier relationship with themselves by creating long term fitness habits. I believe that in order to achieve our fitness goals, we have to feel good doing it!
